Application procedure

Applications for enrolment are submitted either via e-mail info@bak.hr, or to the Student Administration Office of the UAS Baltazar Zaprešić, 23 Vladimir Novak Street, every working day 8-16 (Tue, Wed, Thu 8-18), and every second and third Saturday in a month 8-12. Applications for enrolment at the branch campus Biograd na Moru are submitted to the Student Administration Office (High school Biograd na Moru) Mon-Fri 17-20 or via e-mail referada.biograd@bak.hr.

  • complete an e-application form
  • submit the certificate of nationality, birth certificate and secondary school leaving examination certificate / secondary school final examination certificate to info@bak.hr
  • candidates who take the entrance exam have to submit a copy of payment slip for the enrolment procedure fee (400 kunas)
  • candidates who do not take the entrance exam have to submit a copy of payment slip for the  enrolment procedure fee (200 kunas)

Fee payments can be made by transferring funds into the University bank account opened in Zagrebačka banka d.d. Zagreb, IBAN: HR4423600001101282482. In the reference number field the candidates have to fill in their personal identification number, and 00 in the model field. Foreign citizens and candidates who completed their secondary education abroad also have to submit a recognition decision of foreign secondary education qualifications.

For enrolment, please prepare:

  • Two 4 x 6 cm photographs
  • A copy of payment slip for the tuition or semester fee (in accordance with the specified payment dynamics)
  • A copy of payment slip for the costs of student transcript book (indeks) and forms: 500 kunas
  • A copy of payment slip for the insurance costs: 50 kunas
  • All original documents (unless submitted upon application)
