In a world of growing business dynamics and competitiveness, a demand for successful project management is increasing. This applies to all organisations that base their strategy and other business and development plans on growth and development projects. Growth projects are those that implement new products and technologies, scientific-research projects, projects aimed at conquering markets and other investment projects, while development projects are the ones which focus on staff development, business informatisation, organisation, integration, etc.

In order to have good quality project preparation and implementation, it is necessary to have project organisation which will be efficient in each phase, from the strategic project preparation to its delivery. Project management, which can be organised in many different ways depending on the business’s organisation and type of project, requires organisational solutions for successful project management and qualified project managers.
